Applicable law: Karon Travel is registered in the Republic of Ireland. All operations and contracts are subject to the law of The Republic of Ireland, and all disputes and conflicts, not resolvable between the parties, will be resolved according to the law of The Republic of Ireland.

Waiting charge: We will always make clear and unambiguous arrangements regarding pick-up times and locations. Where we are required to wait beyond the agreed pickup time, we will charge an additional €40/hr, calculated to the nearest quarter hour.

Delayed Flights: Where an incoming flight is delayed, for whatever reason, we may, at our sole discretion, charge a €40/hr waiting charge, calculated to the nearest quarter hour. We reserve the right to cancel or, at our sole discretion, to make alternative arrangements for a delayed pickup, if the delay will have a knock-on effect on subsequent contractual commitments. We will endeavour to inform you on your arrival of cancellation or alternative arrangements, but this may not always be possible.

Sub-contracting: If we are unable, due to circumstances beyond our control, to provide an agreed service, we reserve the right to sub-contract, in whole or in part, in order to fulfil our contractual obligations.

Force Majeur: Our contractual commitments to you will be null and void in the event of "Force Majeur" i.e. an unforeseeable or uncontrollable course of events.

Courteous behaviour: We guarantee that we will be professional, courteous and respectful in all our dealings with you. We will expect similar consideration in return. If you consider at any time that we have been in breach of our obligations to you, we ask you to make a formal complaint, either through direct contact with management or by means of the Contact Form on our website.

If at any time any member of our staff is subjected to discourteous, violent or otherwise threatening behaviour, our contract with you will be summarily terminated. Notwithstanding termination of the contract, you will be liable for all charges and expenses incurred up to the time of termination. We will not be liable for any losses suffered by you consequent upon termination of the contract in these circumstances.
